Craig Dempster is your New Zealand host and outfitter, he has been guiding since 1999 and has been in and out of the mountains working with animals his whole life. Upon starting his own guiding business 18 years ago, he also launched a taxidermy element, carrying out national and international mounts. This division was unable to be sustained as an outcome of the growth in Craig’s guiding business, but left him with irreplaceable skills and knowledge that contribute immensely to his ability to process your animals to the highest standard.
